Vendors ($25)
10′ x 10′ booth space for two days, while availability lasts

Setup must be completed by 11:00 a.m. each day, as gates open shortly afterwards

Space for vendors’ cars will be provided at the far end of the parking area.

We do not provide tables, booth structures, or coverings

Electricity is not available

No alcoholic products or providers allowed, including vineyards, breweries, etc.

Approval for space is subject to review of vendor product line; refunds issued if rejected

Fees will be refunded if event is cancelled before Friday, September 5, 2025
