(Rates are subject to 12.3% state tax, so total, including taxes, is $167.33 per night)

Festival attendees must make their room reservations by August 1, 2025, by calling 540-832-1700 and referencing “Lake Anna Jazz Fest.”

First night’s room and tax deposit will be taken from each reservation’s card on file 30 days prior to arrival.  Any card which declines during this process will have their reservation cancelled and will be unable to rebook at the group rate.

Individual Cancellation: Individuals who wish to cancel must do so by August 1^st, 2025, to avoid being penalized a one night’s room and tax deposit. Any cancellations for any reason after the mentioned above date will not result in a refund of any deposit collected.

• Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. At that time, any unreserved rooms will be released back to general sale and there can be no guarantee that the hotel can offer additional rooms at the agreed upon rate.
