Bring your message to our influential and involved audience, representing Lake Anna residents, vacationers, and music fans from Virginia, Maryland, and metropolitan Washington, D.C.
Sponsorships range from $25 booth space to promote your product, service, or activity all the way up to $5000 exclusive partnerships that tie your brand to the Lake Anna Jazz Fest in all promotions and advertising.
We’ll be happy to customize a sponsorship package for you, with the goal of communicating with our audience, generous donors, and the entire Central Virginia population reached through our marketing and media coverage.
Sponsorship Levels:

Vendors – 10′ x 10′ booth space for two days, while availability lasts ($25)

Donors – One-line listing in Program and on Event Monitor with Choice of Name Displayed or “Anonymous” ($50+)

Advertisers – Up to full-page advertisement in Program and on Event Monitor ($200)

Major Sponsors – On-stage name presence, includes Program and Event Monitor ads ($400)

Premier Sponsors – Large, on-stage name/logo presence, includes prominent Program/Event Monitor ads, and Facebook links ($1000)

Exclusive Partner – Only one available, includes festival co-naming, stage banner top billing, prominent Program/Event Monitor ads, Facebook links, and mentions on all advertising ($5000)
All support levels of at least $25 include a 10′ x 10′ vendor booth space, if desired and while availability lasts.
All support levels of at least $100 include access to the Jazz Fest Hospitality Tent.

No alcoholic products or providers allowed, including vineyards, breweries, etc.

Setup must be completed by 11:00 a.m. each day, as gates open shortly afterwards.

Space for vendors’ cars will be provided at the far end of the parking area.

We do not provide tables, booth structures, or coverings.

Electricity is not available.

Approval for space is subject to review of vendor product line; refunds issued if rejected

Fees will be refunded if event is cancelled before September 14, 2024
